PAINPAIN, bakery & pastry / located 88 rue des Martyrs – 75018 Paris, on Montmartre, near Les Abbesses.
Sébastien Mauvieux, the owner & baker, wanted to go further, giving new impetus towards contemporary bakery codes.
We had carte blanche to create this whole new bakery & pastry.
